Get ~110 poker-like chips (30mm diameter).
With these you replace the 32 heroes HP, 8 outsiders HP, the monster/gold tokens, onward token, and the status tokens from the base box and all 3 expansions.
These fit into the all-in-one box.

The chips do not replace the hero standees or the minion and tower tokens.
Those are replaced by miniatures instead. I.e. These deluxe tokens are designed to complement the miniatures if you want to (essentially) replace all cardboard.
