Orders containing this item are PRE-ORDERS that will enter a queue within each shipping region (US/Canada, UK, Europe, etc…). Once all Gamefound crowdfunding orders have been shipped within a region, we will start shipping pre-orders in the order they were placed and while supplies last. For an estimated timeline, see the Gamefound campaign updates. At any point, before we ship, you may email help@playskytear.com to ask for a 95% refund. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order a full refund will be issued instead.
