We started as players in 2019 with the dream of making great games. Almost a decade later, we have 10,000+ players across 8 languages, four titles releasing in 2026, our first RPG book, and even a video game in the works. All our games live in Olan Taa, our shared fantasy universe- and we’re just getting started 🙂
We’re looking for a marketing generalist to join our team of five.
This is a part-time, remote role working directly with Giacomo (that’s me, the director). We’re a flat, nimble team and we intend to stay that way, which means you’ll wear many hats, have real ownership of your work, and skip the corporate nonsense. If you love variety and thrive with autonomy, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing
- Writing sharp, engaging copy for email newsletters and crowdfunding campaign updates
- Running paid ads across Meta, BGG, Reddit, and YouTube
- Keeping a light but consistent social media presence
- Occasionally supporting convention marketing materials, initiatives, on-the-ground ideas
- Making sure our e-commerce and website always look their best, with regular promotions and great content
- Potentially branching into video game marketing down the line, if that excites you
- Bringing your own ideas to the table, we genuinely want them (past examples we’ve been thinking about: referral postcards inside game boxes, newsletter signup incentives, that kind of thing)
You’ll have a graphic designer to collaborate with on visuals, so strong design skills aren’t required, but a good eye never hurts.
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is comfortable doing a bit of everything marketing-related, writes excellent English, and is excited about games (tabletop or otherwise). You don’t need to be a veteran, we care more about curiosity, reliability, and good taste than years on a CV.
The practical stuff
- Part-time to start, with the goal of transitioning to full-time over roughly 6 months as we grow together
- Starts with a 4-week paid trial period
- Fully remote, flexible hours–we just ask for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with EU time zones
- Freelance / contractor engagement
