Great-looking games don’t grow on trees. We know, we’ve been looking.
Skytear Games is a small independent studio behind titles like Skytear Horde, Onward, and Dicequest — and we’re releasing four new games in 2026. We need a part-time graphic designer to help us make them look as good as they play, working directly with Giacomo and the rest of our team of five.
We’re flat, nimble, and intend to stay that way. You’ll have real ownership of your work and a direct line to the people making decisions. No layers, no endless feedback loops.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing cards, rulebooks, box layouts, and iconography across our titles
- Creating marketing materials for crowdfunding campaigns and conventions
- Keeping visual consistency across our growing universe of games
- Bringing your eye to the work — we’re not looking for someone to just execute briefs
Who we’re looking for
Take a look at Onward, Skytear Horde, or Dicequest. If you look at those and think “I can do that, or better” — we want to hear from you. We care more about your portfolio than your CV.
The practical stuff
- Part-time to start, with potential to grow as we do
- Starts with a 4-week paid trial period
- Fully remote, flexible hours — at least 4 hours of daily overlap with EU time zones
- Freelance / contractor engagement
